OUR STORY OF HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Why we focus on equipping under-resourced women
All In Ministries Started Unintentionally
It all began with one step of obedience.
We answered the call to go – first to the Mayan jungle, then to South Asia. Local leaders responded. . .
Women! There are many women! They need more of Jesus.
Can you tell them? Can you train them?
What we saw changed us.
First-generation Christian women—“keepers of their religion” in many cultures—were not allowed to ask men questions.
Women, hungry to learn about Jesus, had no discipleship training.

What we saw changed us.
First-generation Christian women—“keepers of their religion” in many cultures—were not allowed to ask men questions.
Women, hungry to learn about Jesus, had no discipleship training.
Believers returned to ancient customs or religious practices because they did not know how to live their new faith.
What we saw haunted us.
How can we help?
Should we?
Why not?
But how?
We invited Christian women to discipleship training and they came—in hundreds.
Women walked for hours, took long train journeys, slept on concrete floors, and endured suffering to learn more about Jesus.
What if we poured discipleship essentials into a no-nonsense workshop?
Teach them about God’s work in them and through them. Teach them God’s story to help them find their story . . . their purpose . . . their mission.
What if we brought Bibles to women who didn’t own them?
Teach them how to study the Bible and use it to share God’s love story. Only work with God’s word, a pen, and open hearts.
So we did.
Lives changed . . . especially our own.
Since 2011, we’ve traveled around the globe, partnered with the local church, and taught the privileged and the poor. No matter where we go, the need is the same: Women need Jesus. Women need women to teach about Him.
The solution is the same, the heart-cry of All In Ministries International: For ALL to know Jesus as Savior & Lord of ALL their life.
