The purpose of All In Ministries (AIM) International is to give God glory through global disciple-making by serving women around the world.
With God’s grace, we aim to see the local and international church flourish, both in depth and breadth, by passionately proclaiming God’s Word, equipping the church, unleashing believers to engage culture using their spiritual gifts, and undergirding everything in prayer.
Our U.S. ministry was created to serve women locally and fund our ministry globally. All honorariums and offerings go directly to sponsor our international women’s conferences.
We serve churches and Christian organizations in the U.S. by offering seminars to equip believers with how to share their faith, study their Bible and live “all-in” for Jesus. AIM also offers expository (verse-by-verse) teaching for special events that is biblically and theologically sound, yet practical and compelling.
Our hope and prayer for AIM is to ignite a desire in women to arise and display God’s splendor in distinctive ways. We believe each women has a story to tell, a song to sing, a note to play to bring God glory. AIM can help churches connect women so they are discipled, transformed and unleashed into their God-designed role in the world.
From nation to nation and village to village, most Christian women are hungry to learn about their Lord Jesus Christ. In many cases, these women are illiterate or forgotten. Local pastors and missionaries work tirelessly to serve their church and people groups, but in many cases discipleship for women is limited or nonexistent. Yet, once discipled, women have enormous potential to reach their community for Christ. Consider the fact that women are the “keepers of the religion” in many cultures.
With this in mind, AIM comes alongside the local church and missionaries to encourage and equip women to be disciples and make disciples. We offer women free conferences and resources that are biblical, practical, accessible, multi-lingual, and cross-cultural. We fund these conferences by offerings from our ministry work in the United States.
AIM provides engaging discipleship and evangelism training with great attention to local customs and needs. Women who attend these gatherings represent different villages and cities and agree to teach what they learn to their family, church, and community.
Conferences are usually three days and are customized based on cultural and spiritual needs. Engaging teaching styles are used to provide relevant application and dynamic interaction both in the large conference settings and small group discussions.
- The overall story of the Bible
- Who women are in Christ and their purpose
- How to overcome the power of sin and live a life that glorifies God
- How to properly study the Bible and apply it to their life
- How to share their faith
- How to worship, pray, and serve in the power of the Holy Spirit
- How to serve using spiritual gifts for God’s glory
- How to overcome trials and temptations
Conferences include musical worship (provided by the host) and an individual blessing, commissioning, and prayer at the close of the conference. In nations with limited resources, women receive a free Bible (as available) in their heart-language during this closing ceremony. Some groups have hosted an evening celebration or revival at the end of the conference for community outreach.
After we return home, we stay in touch with the local leaders to pray and support their disciple-making efforts. Oftentimes, we return to build upon the teaching or to address more spiritually mature needs. Here is what we don’t do.
Our prayer is that as women are taught all that our Lord Jesus commanded, and equipped with how to reach the lost, lives and communities will be transformed for God’s glory.
