EQUIPPING WOMEN TO
DISCIPLE WOMEN ACROSS CULTURES
Lives Transformed • Communities Reached • Generations Changed
DID YOU KNOW?
Many women around the world have never been told they are loved, valued, or have a purpose beyond procreation.
Through our disciple-making resources and training, women discover God’s love and learn how to share His love with the world.

WHO WE ARE
All In Ministries International works with churches and missionaries worldwide to train and equip under-resourced women to be disciples who make disciples of Jesus Christ.
VISION
Ignite a movement of women to disciple women across cultures for God’s glory.
[Revelation 7:9]
MISSION
Change the world by training, equipping, and mentoring women worldwide to be disciple makers of Jesus.
[Matthew 28:18-20]
What We Believe
Jesus Christ is Lord, the whole Bible is wholly true, God has an eternal plan for each believer's life, and that plan includes disciple making.
This Disciple-Making Ministry Started Unintentionally
We answered the call to go with one step of obedience—first to the Mayan jungle, then to South Asia. Local leaders responded...
Women! There are many women! They need more of Jesus.
Can you tell them? Can you train them?
What we saw changed us.
First-generation Christian women—“keepers of their religion” in many cultures were not allowed to ask men questions.
Women, hungry to learn about Jesus, had no discipleship training.
Believers returned to ancient customs or religious practices because they did not know how to live their new faith.
What we saw haunted us.

Meet our Founder & President:
Susan Freese, DHL, MDiv, MBA
Susan Freese is deeply devoted to Jesus, His Word, and His church. Susan’s first love in ministry is advancing the gospel through global disciple-making.
Her pastor once asked when she felt God’s power flow through her. She answered, “when I am proclaiming His Word, and when I’m sharing His story with a seeker.”
Years before, God gave her a burden for women to know Jesus. She thought the mission was local and involved leaving her corporate career to re-start the women’s ministry at her church, Chets Creek.
God had bigger plans. The women's ministry grew during her 10 years of leadership, but it did not stay local. In 2010, she discovered the needs of women internationally are the same as women from her faith family. The solution is the same as well—an authentic relationship with Jesus.
All In Ministries was born.

All In Ministries' Core Values
A guide to remind us what is important, how we take action, and what we strive for in the future.
ABIDE IN CHRIST
We pray first and pray big. We rest in God, release all to God, and rely on God. When we do, we receive all we need to serve with God.
LOVE
We love God with our all and are devoted to His purposes. Whatever God leads us to do, we do with all our hearts—we’re all in!
BIBLICAL TRUTH
We live and make disciples according to the truth of God’s Word.
GRATITUDE
We embrace our calling in light of God’s grace with thanksgiving.
RELATIONSHIP
We believe women and men are God’s image-bearers designed to work together in all seasons of life to advance the gospel. We joyfully serve the Body of Christ, embracing God’s call to unity in Christ.
HUMILITY
We exalt Jesus, not ourselves. We take personal responsibility and serve as learners—all for the glory of God alone.
BEMA MINDSET
We operate as stewards with integrity and eternal accountability in everything we do.
Let's end discipleship poverty together

"There are wonderful ministries that target reaching men around the world and there is this void that exists of reaching the women. All In Ministries is able to reach them, equip them, disciple them, and train them so they can share with other women.
The reality around the world is that over half of all the households are headed by single women.

President of One More Child and Florida Baptist Children's Home
