WRITTEN BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN
This workshop is written by women to reach a woman’s heart and help her discover God’s story and her identity and purpose.
Each of the eight sessions provides life-giving truths explained in biblical, simple, and reproducible ways without western examples or supplies.
Typically taught with an interpreter as a three-day Christian women’s conference, you can gather women under the shade of a tree, open your Bible, pray, and read from the training script—it’s that simple. You can also divide the sessions into weekly lessons or pull what you need from each lesson into one power-packed day.
Both Be a Disciple and
Do the Work of a Disciple
Participants leave with immediate ways to deepen their walk with God and live on mission with Him.
We’ve prepared thorough lesson plans with Bible passages to read/listen to, key truths to emphasize, as well as engaging activities and questions. Both oral and literate learners are “equipped to do the works of ministry” (Eph. 4:12).
Crossing Cultures?
Each lesson is designed with translatable statements—you can simply read the short statements working with an interpreter.
By God’s grace, it really is everything you need to equip women worldwide to be disciples who make disciples. Let’s raise up an army of women disciple makers (Psalm 68:11), so the whole church discovers they are loved and valued—and equipped to fulfill their divine purpose.

Join a Catalyst Cohort (Online Learning)
Be mentored, equipped, and encouraged alongside women from around the world.
Catalyst Cohorts are small, interactive online learning communities for leaders who are committed to multiplying disciple-makers of Jesus in their churches, communities, and across cultures.
Through four (4), one-hour and 30-minute online sessions. , you will be mentored by experienced trainers and surrounded by a global community of women who desire to lead with purpose, prayer, and fruitfulness.
Every participant receives the Women’s Disciple-Making Workshop Curriculum and supportive disciple-making tools to help them train others.
In a Catalyst Cohort, you’ll:
- Learn biblical and practical strategies to help ignite disciple-making in your community and across cultures.
- Gain hands-on guidance for leading the Women’s Disciple-Making Workshop using our proven curriculum.
- Learn how to train in diverse cultural settings, work with translators, honor indigenous leaders, and create shared ownership.
- Learn how to use Your True Story, the Resource Kit, training videos, and other discipleship tools personally and in group mentoring.
This is a movement, not just a program. There is no cost to participate, only commitment.
As part of the Catalyst Cohort, participants are asked to:
- Participate in all sessions
- Review the materials provided
- Train women to be disciple-makers after the cohort
- Stay connected through WhatsApp, social platforms, and/or email
- Raise awareness of the need and share our free tools with others

Become a Movement Maker (Field Training)
Go and grow as a woman who trains others to follow Jesus.
Movement Makers is a cross-cultural training initiative designed to equip women to lead the Women’s Disciple-Making Workshop as they serve through their church or mission-sending organization.
Through hands-on mission experience, mentoring, and practical coaching, Movement Makers learn how to bring biblically grounded, reproducible discipleship to places where women have limited access to training.
Women are invited to participate in an All In-led cross-cultural mission experience where they receive hands-on mentoring, observe the Women’s Disciple-Making Workshop in action, learn how to navigate cultural dynamics, and grow in confidence as disciple-makers.
